ManualDiscovery and import
Find devices through their neighbours, by sweep or by probes, and import saved configurations of devices you cannot reach.
Network
Topology
Draw the network as the devices describe it: L2, spanning tree, routing, VPN and transport layers, filters, saved views and exports.
ManualNeighbors
The neighbour tables per protocol, what each column says, the filters, and why the menu can be missing on an estate with only OSPF.
ManualRouting
The collected static and dynamic routes, the advertised BGP routes, IGP analysis and the transit and peering page, with their filters.
ManualL2 Services
Point to point circuits, VPLS instances and their pseudowires, bridge domains, LDP, VXLAN and spanning tree, with what makes them appear.
ManualIPAM
IPv4 and IPv6 network usage built from collected interfaces, customer IPs, address conflicts and subnet overlaps.
ManualCustomer catalogue
How NacTrack rebuilds your customers and their circuits from interface descriptions, and what the catalogue tabs show.
ManualPolicy
Contracted rates and QoS per interface, access control lists and management plane exposure, and ISE network access.
Security
Compliance
How to run rule evaluation, read the estate and per device scores, set a waiver on a check, and export the findings as PDF, XLSX or CSV.
ManualCVE vulnerabilities
How NacTrack matches CVE to installed versions, what the tiles and the findings table show, and how synchronisation works.
ManualEOL lifecycle
The end of sale and end of support dates of your models, the devices at risk within 180 days, and how the lifecycle catalogue updates.
Administration
Users, roles, tenants
Create accounts, give them roles and overrides, separate data by tenant, and manage your own profile and sessions.
ManualOperations
The password vault, collection schedules, outgoing email, backup and restore, the licence page and upgrades: the appliance's administration.
ManualSupport
Open and follow a ticket from the appliance, what to attach, and the remote assistance tunnel you turn on and off.
