Pricing
What sets the price, before you ask for a quote
Three things set the subscription: how many devices you collect, how many tenants you separate, and the length of the commitment. All three are detailed below. The amounts are not published here, because they depend on the estate: the quote follows the first conversation.
The subscription components
| Component | Unit | How it behaves |
|---|---|---|
| Platform and first tenant | per customer | Fixed annual amount. The first tenant is included. |
| Per device licences | per device per year | Decreasing marginal tiers: each band is charged at its own rate, so the unit price falls without adding a device ever lowering the bill. |
| Additional tenant | per tenant | For a subsidiary, an entity or a managed customer, with strict isolation. |
| Commitment | 1, 2 or 3 years | Discount increasing with the firm term. |
| Commissioning | fixed fee | One off, sized by the complexity of the estate. |
| Training | fixed fee | One off, for administrators. |
A device is counted once, in its home tenant. Modules are opened by the licence: you do not pay separately for each feature.
The detail
What the price includes, and what it does not
- Included
- Every feature your licence opens, product updates, support in your time zone.
- Per user cost
- None. How many people consult the tool does not enter the calculation.
- Billed separately
- Commissioning and training.
- Threshold
- Below roughly eighty devices the fixed platform amount weighs too heavily and NacTrack stops being an obvious purchase.
- If your estate is smaller
- Say so in the first conversation. We will tell you plainly rather than cost you a quarter.
